WHY PERSONAL TRAINING?Our clients choose personal training because they prefer and/or require the professional support of one of our coaches while they train. Our clients comment that the main benefits of personal training are;
- On-the-spot technique improvements (ensuring they do each exercise correctly) - Troubleshooting issues, particularly related to nutrition - Individualised workout adaptation (i.e. for those days when you've woken up with a sore neck from sleeping, we can adapt the workout so you don't miss out) - Accountability, as the sessions are booked in - Results-focused training - Training support around injuries and weaknesses - Holiday workout plans while traveling WHAT ARE MY PERSONAL TRAINING OPTIONS?Current scientific evidence indicates that 2-3 strength training sessions per week is optimal for increasing muscle mass and strength, as well as a multitude of other health benefits. For this reason, we offer a personal training package that includes 2 personal training sessions per week as standard. Our sessions run for either 30 or 60 minutes, depending on your availability and exercise experience. This package can be customised to your requirements, however we do require a minimum of 2 sessions per week.

I've been training with Drew here for a while now and can honestly say the knowledge and support he has shown has been priceless. Evexia is easily the best gym I have ever trained in.
