Each 1-on-1 Personal Training session is personalised, planned and conducted by one of our professional Personal Trainers. This service is perfect for those that prefer a completely personalised and individually-focused exercise session, or those that have specific exercise or fitness goals. $65/session |
Semi-Private Personal TrainingOur specialty service, revamped!
With our semi-private structure, you complete your personalised exercise plan with up to 3 other members sharing similar goals. Each exercise session is carefully supervised by one of our professional Personal Trainers. This service is perfect for those that love working out as part of a team, or those that have more general exercise or fitness goals. $45/session |

HOW DO I SIGN UP?
You start with a free strategy session. The strategy session gives you the opportunity to meet with one of our professional Personal Trainers to discuss your goals, exercise history and complete a simple movement assessment. This is also a great opportunity to view the studio and see what Evexia Wellbeing is all about before you get started. You can sign up for your strategy session here. DO YOU HAVE CONTRACTS? We don't believe in locking people into contracts. Your health and fitness is valuable to us, but we don't want to force you into a long agreement, as we know situations change. For this reason, we have a no-contract policy. We just need 7 days notice so we can arrange a cancellation. |
WHAT DOES SEMI-PRIVATE TRAINING MEAN?
Semi-private training means that during a coaching session, there are up to three members working with one of our professional Personal Trainers. Each member will still be working on their own individualized workout plan, and the trainer is there to guide each person through the workout and provide feedback on form, how much weight to use, etc. It is just like a personal training session, but with a little more autonomy and independence! HOW LONG DO THE SESSIONS GO FOR? All of our sessions run on a 30-minute timeframe. This means, you have 30-minutes contact with your coach. We encourage clients to come early and warm up, and stay longer to cool down each session. This is in addition to the 30-minutes of contact with your coach. |
