ABOUT OUR GROUPSOur group training classes have been built from our experience as 1-on-1 coaches since 2017. The goal was to create a training environment which rivalled 1-on-1 personal training in terms of training outcomes. As such, we developed a 6-person per class group training model, which focuses on all the foundational movements of strength training (squat, hip thrust, deadlift, pressing and pulling).

WHAT MAKES EVEXIA GROUPS DIFFERENT?
There are several differences of our group training sessions that we are very proud of. Firstly, our sessions are limited to just 6 people per class, meaning each client receives individualised attention and training. This is particularly important in strength training sessions, where correct technique, loading and cueing is essential to maximise the training effect, whilst minimising the risk of injury. In addition, our sessions are technique-focused, meaning we take the time to teach you the fundamentals of each movement before progressing you with weight.
WHAT IS YOUR GROUP SCHEDULE?
Our group timetable runs Monday through Saturday, with sessions available in the early mornings, lunchtime and evenings.
