STEP 1: Book Your Assessment
Contact us to schedule your initial consultation. We’ll find a time that suits your schedule.
STEP 2: Pre-Session Preparation
Wear comfortable workout clothes and supportive shoes
Bring a water bottle
Complete your health questionnaire (if not already submitted)
Bring any relevant medical clearances or injury info
STEP 3: Your First Visit
Plan for 45 minutes for your first session:

Discussion of fitness goals, injury history, and lifestyle factors
Discussion of nutrition factors if required
Discussion of any concerns or questions you have

Basic movement screening to identify mobility restrictions
Postural assessment if required
Strength baseline measurements where needed

Once we have completed the above, we briefly discuss the main areas we will initially focus on in your first program, and get you booked in for your first training session.

Perfect! Our degree-qualified exercise scientists specialize in working with all fitness levels. Your program will start exactly where you are and progress safely.

Absolutely. We commonly work with clients who have postural issues, low back pain, and mobility restrictions. Your program will actually help address these concerns.

This is a common question we receive, and understandably so. We will never prescribe an exercise that isn’t suitable for you. If on a particular day you need modifications, every exercise can be modified. Your trainer will find alternatives that work for your body and current ability level.

Whilst this is difficult to answer as each individual is different, most clients notice improvements in strength and mobility within 4-6 weeks. We track multiple metrics beyond just weight to show your progress.

We have a flexible scheduling system in which we can easily reschedule your session with 12 hours notice. Simply contact your trainer as soon as possible to arrange this.
