What are my training options?

Our experience over the years has enabled us to develop multiple training options to suit all training goals and budgets. We take pride in that each session is meticulously planned and prepared, and instructed by one of our professional trainers.

  • Our specialty service, with each session completely personalised to your goals, fitness level and injuries.

  • Our specialty service, revamped! Semi-Private training is the same as Personal Training, except you train with up to 2 other people at the same time.

  • Our small groups are limited to 6 people per class, and are focused on strength training. These sessions are perfect for those who have more training autonomy and do not require personalised programming.
