Semi-private training combines the benefits of personalized attention with social accountability. You'll train with up to 2 other people, but each person still receives their own customized program designed by our exercise scientists. This option provides cost savings while maintaining the quality and personalization you'd expect from our private facility.
What are your training times and how flexible is scheduling?
We offer flexible training times to accommodate various schedules. Our private facility allows us to work around your availability, whether you prefer morning, afternoon, or evening sessions.
