1-on-1 Personal Training

Each 1-on-1 Personal Training session is personalised, planned and conducted by one of our professional Personal Trainers. This service is perfect for those that prefer a completely personalised and individually-focused exercise session, or those that have specific exercise or fitness goals.
Semi-Private Personal Training
Our specialty service, revamped!
With our semi-private structure, you complete your personalised exercise plan with up to 3 other members sharing similar goals. Each exercise session is carefully supervised by one of our professional Personal Trainers. This service is perfect for those that love working out as part of a team, or those that have more general exercise or fitness goals.

HOW DO I SIGN UP?
You start with a free strategy session. The strategy session gives you the opportunity to meet with one of our professional Personal Trainers and see what Evexia Wellbeing is all about before you ever spend a cent! You can sign up for your strategy session here.
HOW LONG ARE YOUR CONTRACTS?
We don't believe in locking people into contracts. Your health and fitness is valuable to us, but we don't want to force you into a long agreement, as we know situations change. For this reason, we have a no-contract policy. We just need 7 days notice so we can arrange a cancellation.
IS THERE A GUARANTEE?
We offer a 30-day guarantee on all of our membership options. We know that signing up for a membership is a big commitment, so we want to make sure you have a chance to decide if it truly is right for you. If you are not satisfied with your membership after your first 30 days with us, you can cancel with a full refund.
WHAT DOES SEMI-PRIVATE TRAINING MEAN?
Semi-private training means that during a coaching session, there are up to three members working with one of our professional Personal Trainers. Each member will still be working on their own individualized workout plan, and the trainer is there to guide each person through the workout and provide feedback on form, how much weight to use, etc. It is just like a personal training session, but with a little more autonomy and independence!
DO YOU OFFER STUDENT DISCOUNTS?
We actually don't offer any discounts. We always want to be fair to all of our members across the board, and to offer some discounts and not others would be unfair. This also means that there would never be an instance where someone who signed up after you would get a lower membership rate.
