Simply download your 3-Day Food Diary, print it off and complete it with:
1) The times in which you ate (and drank) over the 3 days, under the meal time column.
2) What you ate and drank, in as much detail as possible (weighing food isn't necessary, just use rough estimates) under the what you ate/drank column.
3) Anything of note during these times, such as stress, busy, with friends, emotions, cravings or similar, under the notes column.
