Performance Training Sessions
This option is for athletes that wish to train with our team on a regular basis.
With our semi-private structure, each athlete completes their personalised exercise plan with up to 3 other athletes. Each exercise session is carefully supervised by one of our professional coaches. This service is perfect for athletes as they are working in a team environment, a situation where athletes thrive.
Within each exercise session, the exercise selection is individual to each athlete, based on their own requirements/goals.
Athletes using this service also gain access to our Recovery Room.
Frequently asked questions:
HOW DO I GET STARTED?
Every athlete starts with an individual assessment session. This assessment session allows us to understand your training load, areas of focus for your sport, injuries, capabilities and provides a benchmark for us to compare your progress throughout your training. This session is 60 minutes in duration, and can be arranged by clicking "Get Started" above.
DO YOU HAVE CONTRACTS?
We don't believe in locking people into contracts. We understand situations change. Whilst we strongly encourage athletes to commit to long-term training solutions, we have a no-contract policy. We just need 7 days notice so we can arrange a cancellation.
HOW MANY SESSIONS SHOULD I DO PER WEEK?
This is a great question, and one that most athletes ask! The answer really depends on your overall training schedule, training phase (e.g. off-season or in-competition), goals, abilities etc. Most athletes during the off-season will do 2-3 sessions per week, with 1-2 sessions per week being most appropriate for in-season periods.
HOW LONG DO THE SESSIONS GO FOR?
All of our sessions run on a 45-minute timeframe.
HOW DO I KNOW IF THIS IS FOR ME?
This is a speciality service which is targeted towards athletes looking to improve their performance. If you are 14 years or above, and require assistance to improve your performance in the gym, this is perfect for you.
